About Imprints
I’m Alice, and a warm welcome to my website. I provide reflexology and holistic therapies from a treatment room in Ross-on-Wye. Home visits also available.
Take a moment of pause in your day, away from the daily stresses of life.
The treatments I offer are holistic and take into consideration emotional, physical, and mental elements of your wellbeing, so no two treatments are the same. I work intuitively, and tailor treatments to your needs. I enjoy helping people and I love to see my clients relax in a moment of calm. A safe sanctuary to truly unwind. I am passionate about supporting womens wellbeing through holistic therapies. I have a background in care, and this coupled with an interest in complementary therapies led me to train in reflexology.
Training in the holistic field felt like a natural progression to my background in the health and social care sector.
In 2021 I trained at the Cotswold Academy gaining ITEC qualifications in reflexology, and Swedish massage. I have since attained further training in deep tissue massage, holistic massage, oncology training for massage and reflexology, and reflexology for menopause.
I am committed to continuing professional development and regularly keep my skills and knowledge up to date through training in evolving therapies. Full member of FHT.

Therapies available
Reflexology
Reflexology is based on Ancient Chinese practice and can be dated back to 2330BC. It has more modern links to Eunice Ingham and is based on the theory that the feet are divided into ten longitudinal zones, and are a map of organs and systems within the body.
Gentle finger and thumb manipulation techniques are used, and pressure points are stimulated during reflexology. Reflexology is a relaxing, calming and non-invasive treatment. In instances the feet can’t be worked on, hand reflexology is used.
Please note: reflexology works in harmony alongside conventional medicine, but should not be used as a replacement. Please always consult your GP if you have any serious medical concerns.
Swedish massage
Swedish massage, also known as holistic massage takes into account your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. I tailor treatments to client needs. Swedish massage uses light to medium pressure. A variety of techniques are used. Perfect for overall relaxation
Deep tissue massage
A more targeted massage. Hands free techniques are used such as use of forearms, allowing for deeper pressure. Targeting the inner layers of muscles and connective tissue. A great massage for more targeted areas of muscle tension, and pain. It can help with the breaking down of adhesions and knots, and to help restore mobility and alignment.
Holistic facial
An hour of indulgence. Deeply nourishing and organic skincare range Neals Yard Remedies products are used in the facial. Unwind with relaxing facial massage, and a choice of hand massage, or reflexology while a face mask sets. Aromatherapy oils are used, and tingsha bells to create beautiful sound. A holistic facial is a perfect way to relax, leaving with fresh skin and a rosy glow.
Cancer Care For Reflexology And Massage
This is for anyone who has, is currently going through, or recovering from cancer treatment.
Please get in touch for more information if you have any questions or to discuss individual requirements. This is also suitable for those in palliative care also. I can visit in your own home, or hospice. A gentle touch therapy.

Imprints Holistic Therapies treatment room is located within- Ross physio clinic Gloucester House, Old Gloucester Rd, Ross on Wye HR9 5PB.
There is no onsite parking, however there is nearby free street parking on Gloucester Road, or Wye Road.
